Yama Yoga is a very nice studio and you'll always be greeted
personally. I've been going about once a week for 3 months and really enjoy my
classes. It's conveniently located, has a good choice of class styles, and
holds special events occasionally. The class are all very diverse and the
instructors all pleasant. Class sizes are small to medium; you will never be in
a room of 50 people. This studio offers individual attention and adjustments. Yama
