Colorado Yoga: Asana Studio

Asana Studio is a beautiful studio. Located on a quiet corner, one block over from the Old Town Arvada shopping and restaurant neighborhood, Asana is situated in what appears to be a quaint cottage style house with a lovely garden. This studio offers excellent variety of classes for all and students of all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, will find a welcoming yoga community within which to expand their practice. The instructors are friendly and helpful. Studio rooms are large and beautiful which have lots of plants and no mirrors and this type of decoration gives it a peaceful vibe.
