CorePower Yoga offers Yoga Instruction & Therapy in Aurora. This studio strives to increase awareness and widespread adoption of yoga by making yoga accessible to everyone, through a variety of yoga styles, for beginners and more advanced yoga students, and class times to meet any schedule. The instructors at CorePower Yoga are great and really encouraging.. They take the time to break down the poses, show modifications, to teach alignment and safety, while keeping the classes fun and challenging. This studio is large and can accommodate what the Park Meadows studio only tries to. The locker room is a lot bigger and it's a lot easier to get in and out.
