The
teaching crew is comprised of highly trained practitioners who care deeply
about student development and success. They lead by example on and off their
mats, in their personal and community lives. No matter the weather, The Hot
Room's temperature always hovers at or above 100 degrees. Although the heat
might sound intimidating, the studio thoroughly readies practitioners with
information for newcomers and ongoing encouragement throughout classes. The Hot
Room Yoga offers Yoga Instruction & Therapy. The Hot Room Yoga teaches yoga
classes that will improve fitness, flexibility and breathing.
