Cambio yoga is a donation based yoga studio in Colorado Springs. cambio. offers a variety of classes, workshops and community events, such as, art openings, wine tastings, beer brewing, hand drum lessons, belly dance classes, massage, reiki and more. This studio offers Yoga Classes, Affordable Yoga-to-Street Gear, Wellness Services and Health Coaching. It even offer a 200 hour teacher training course. The instructors keep it fun while really working you out, and no one is too serious or too talkative. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
